Thank you for choosing The Knowhow Co. We make practical guides that help you do the thing: restore the pan, mend the jeans, run the play, set up the system. If a guide doesn't help you do the thing, that's our failure.
Our promise: 30 days, full refund, no questions asked
If a guide isn't right for you, for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll send your money back in full. No forms. No surveys. No "explain yourself first." One email, one reply, full refund.
How to request a refund

We process the refund the same day on weekdays, or the next business day on weekends. The money lands back in your account in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Optional: tell us what didn't work
If you'd rather get the result than the money back, tell us what got in the way. We sometimes spot a step you missed, or recommend a different guide that fits your situation better. We'd rather help you do the thing than process a refund. But the refund is always the easy path. No pressure either way.
What you keep, what you lose
Every guide you buy is yours forever. Buy once, download forever. If we revise a guide, you get the new version free, sent to the email you used at checkout. No subscription, no expiring access.
After a refund, that ongoing access ends for the refunded guide, but you get your full money back, so it's a fair trade. Other guides you've bought are unaffected.
